HR Business Analyst – Hybrid | Greensboro, NC
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Business Analyst for a dynamic organization based in Greensboro, NC. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to drive strategic HR initiatives through data-driven insights and process optimization.
Location: Greensboro, NC (Hybrid)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: 6 month contract role to start
About the Role:
This position is ideal for a seasoned HR analytics professional who thrives in a consultative environment and enjoys transforming data into actionable strategies. The HR Business Analyst will play a key role in enhancing workforce planning, talent acquisition, and performance management through advanced reporting and system expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement analytics strategies to support HR initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Create dashboards and reports that inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support talent management and onboarding processes.
Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting across platforms.
Serve as a subject matter expert in ERP systems including Workday, Oracle, and SAP.
Partner with IT and analytics teams to optimize HR technologies and data structures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in HR analytics or business analysis.
Proven proficiency in Workday (must be clearly noted on resume).
Strong background in report writing, data visualization, and system navigation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
