Job Opening: HR Business Partner (Healthcare) – Hybrid | Full-Time | 8AM–5PM | 6 month contract to start

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected healthcare organization to find a dynamic HR Business Partner for a hybrid role based in Greensboro, NC. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR professional who thrives in a consultative role and is passionate about aligning people strategies with business goals.

Position Overview:

The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving talent strategies that support organizational success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex people challenges, leading HR initiatives, and influencing change across diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement talent strategies that attract, develop, and retain top talent.

  • Provide expert coaching and guidance on HR matters including performance, engagement, and organizational design.

  • Lead succession planning and workforce development efforts to ensure long-term talent readiness.

  • Drive initiatives in change management, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.

  • Manage and contribute to HR projects that enhance business performance and employee experience.

  • Educate leaders on HR processes and best practices to build organizational capability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR or business experience, preferably in healthcare or a similarly complex environment.

  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to use data to inform decisions and drive workforce planning.

  • Demonstrated success in coaching leaders and influencing at all levels.

  • Professional certification required: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or CHHR.

Schedule & Work Environment:

  • Hybrid schedule: 5x8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Pay Details: $44.00 to $46.00 per hour
