LHH seeks a Litigation Paralegal to join our team of experienced attorneys. The position offers an excellent opportunity for long-term professional growth and a competitive compensation package. A successful candidate will have in depth knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, litigation documentation, and court rules and procedures. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are also necessary to be successful in this position.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining pleadings and discovery indexes

• Organizing exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices

• Gathering and organizing relevant information from a variety of sources

• Executing administrative duties

• Filing pleadings with state and federal courts (including electronically)

• Drafting pleadings, discovery, and correspondence

• Litigation case management

• Managing deadlines

• Cross training with other team members

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of litigation experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
