LHH is seeking a Property Accountant for a client in Greensboro, NC. This full-time role requires Yardi experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. The ideal candidate will have expertise in residential property accounting, including billing, reconciliations, and month end close.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform bank reconciliations, general ledger & journal entries, and month end close

• Prepare financial statements, P&L statements, and balance sheet

• Handle commercial and residential billing, including bill backs

• Review accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Collaborate with property managers and stakeholders on financial matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Yardi experience strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of property accounting principles

• Ability to manage high-volume transactions and multiple entities

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
