LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Senior Financial Analyst opening in Greensboro, North Carolina with a fast-growing corporation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of financial planning, analysis, and/or accounting experience and have the ability to perform ad hoc analysis and complex financial modeling for decision making purposes. Duties include:

· Analyze financial and business information to help drive business performance

· Perform financial modeling

· Calculate variance analysis of P&L and working capital

· Serve as finance business partner to accounting and operating teams

· Perform analysis on internal and external reporting

· Build reports that help drive profitability and provide directional info for decision making

· Perform analytics on data and prepare presentation for Senior executive management

· Ad hoc and trend analysis

Qualifications Desired:

· BS Degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Economics (or related field)

· Minimum 5 years of relevant FP&A experience including financial modeling

· Strong proficiency in Excel

· Excellent communication skills
