LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join a growing organization headquartered in the Triad area of North Carolina. Our client is currently experiencing expansion through acquisitions and organic growth, offering a dynamic and fast-paced culture.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of financial modeling and analysis experience with the ability to perform ad hoc analysis and complex financial modeling for decision making purposes. You will have the opportunity to make an impact on a growing & profitable business supporting strategic financial initiatives.

Duties include:

· Analyze financial and business information to help drive business performance

· Perform financial modeling for various models including cash forecasts, budgets, pricing, etc.

· Calculate variance analysis of P&L and working capital

· Serve as finance business partner to accounting and operating teams

· Perform analysis on internal and external reporting

· Build reports that help drive profitability and provide directional info for decision making

· Perform analytics on data and prepare presentation for Senior executive management

· Ad hoc and trend analysis

Qualifications Desired:

· BS Degree in Finance, Business, Mathematics, Economics (or related field)

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant FP&A experience including financial modeling

· Strong proficiency in Excel

· Excellent communication skills
