LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manger to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about accounting and eager to contribute to the team's success.


Responsibilities



  • Solid understanding of the financial statements and prepare analysis and commentary.


  • Function as a liaison with auditors


  • Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, including journal entries.


  • Assist in monthly and quarterly account reconciliations


  • Prepare, analyze, and report on financial statements and other key financial metrics


  • Create detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.


  • Develop and maintain financial reporting systems to meet business needs


Qualifications:



  • +8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a background in accounting and audit, and expertise in gathering, evaluating, presenting, and reporting financial information to executive teams and external stakeholders


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required


  • Public accounting experience and CPA certification are highly desirable


  • Experience with SAP is preferred


  • Strong, current knowledge of GAAP required; familiarity with ASC 606 is a plus


  • Preferred experience in manufacturing and/or global companies with multiple sites and currencies

Pay Details: $86,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year Search managed by: Megan Waters
