Job Summary
The Compliance Associate plays a key role in supporting operational excellence by monitoring and documenting compliance-related activities in a fast-paced, multi-temperature logistics environment. This position is responsible for capturing violations, conducting data entry, and generating reports to assist in process improvements and uphold operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct on-site observations to identify and photograph compliance violations
Enter data across multiple software platforms with a high level of accuracy
Generate and distribute reports for leadership review and operational enhancements
Work independently to ensure compliance with company policies and partner expectations
Collaborate and communicate effectively with partners, site managers, and leadership
Maintain awareness of dock conditions, progress, and issues, offering suggestions for improvement
Work across various shifts, including weekends, as required
Qualifications
Previous experience with data entry and administrative documentation
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Energetic, reliable, and process-driven with a strong sense of accountability
Comfortable working in multi-temperature warehouse environments
Flexible availability to accommodate fluctuating operational demands

Available paid leave may include Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
