Patient Registration – Hamilton, OH 45011

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a healthcare organization in Hamilton, OH, to find a Patient Registration Representative. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering 35-40 hours per week, with shifts starting as early as 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register patients efficiently and accurately for medical services

• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations

• Collect co-pays and process patient payments

• Maintain and update patient records in the system

• Assist with scheduling follow-up appointments as needed

• Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in patient registration, medical front desk, or related healthcare setting

• Knowledge of insurance verification and medical billing processes

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
