Job Summary:

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a consumer services company in Hamilton, NJ is seeking a temporary to potentially permanent Administrative Assistant. This role is fully onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. The position offers a pay rate of $20-$23 per hour. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of corporate administrative experience, intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Location: Hamilton, NJ

Salary: $20-$23/hr.



Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

  • Breaking down shipment information in Excel.
  • Cross-referencing and verifying pricing.
  • Preparing shipping instructions for the warehouse in the Netherlands.
  • Communicating with customers and vendors to provide updates on orders.
  • Assisting with bookkeeping, processing orders, and payments.
  • Responding to emails.
  • Updating and compiling reports in MS Excel.
  • Entering invoice information and assisting with accounts payable.
  • Assisting with pricing.
  • Helping to process orders and payments.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of corporate administrative assistant experience.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a small office environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in the office every weekday.
  • Strong work ethic.
