• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Perform high-volume data entry for invoicing, payments, and receipts.
• Reconcile vendor and customer accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and update financial records in accounting software.
• Perform general office duties to support the accounting team.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting.
• Must have strong experience using Sage accounting software.
• High attention to detail with excellent data entry processing skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors/customers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
