Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a skilled Hydraulics Field Technician for a direct hire opportunity with our client in Harrison, Ohio. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional with experience in hydraulic systems and a willingness to travel as needed.
As a Hydraulics Field Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of hydraulic systems across various client sites. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic equipment to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of hydraulic systems and components.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic issues on-site.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Hydraulics Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
