Responsibilities:
- Monitor the company’s accounts receivable to identify late payments.
- Engage with clients who have not paid on time to settle their dues or arrange a payment schedule.
- Utilize various resources like credit reports, postal records, and online searches to find clients who have relocated or changed contact details.
- Document all interactions with clients regarding overdue accounts and any payments received.
- Address and resolve any billing disputes or customer complaints.
- Provide regular updates on the status of unpaid accounts and any progress made in collections.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a collections role or a related field.
- Understanding of invoicing and debt collection methods (e.g., skip tracing).
- Knowledge of debt collection regulations (e.g., FDCPA).
- Proficiency with MS Office and database software.
- Strong communication abilities (both written and verbal).
- Analytical problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is beneficial.
Pay Details: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
