Customer Service & Support

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Executive Assistant who will provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, ensuring efficient operation and effective communication within the organization. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail

  • Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items

  • Assist with the preparation of executive-level presentations and reports

  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports

  • Manage and track expenses, including preparing expense reports and processing reimbursements

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the executive team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Hours:

  • 8:30am-5:00pm

  • Monday through Friday
