LHH Recruitment Solutions has a client in Hartford, CT that is seeking to hire a Paralegal with at least 1 year of Medical Malpractice experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizing case documents and files.
  • Preparing pleadings and forms.
  • Managing discovery including subpoenas and authorizations to obtain records.
  • Completing deposition summaries.
  • Reviewing medical and employment records.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of prior litigation experience.
  • Excellent academic record.
  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency in PDF software, particularly Nuance Power PDF.
  • Ability to add Bates stamping, combine files, separate files, and edit PDFs.

Schedule: Hybrid



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
