We are hiring for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Hartland, WI. This is an addition to a growing receivables team. You will focus on billing/invoicing customers and report to the Controller. If you have at least five years of experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Responsibilities:

• Create and send out complex invoices to customers

• Reconcile invoices - verify information is correct and and necessary information

• Corresponding with sales and shipping departments

• Assist with cash applications and collections

Requirements:

• Five or more years of accounts receivable experience

• Higher education desired (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)

• Strong systems experience in SAP desired

• Detail oriented and comfortable working in a higher volume environment
