Quality Assurance Associate
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Associate, with 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Pharmaceutical or Nutrition industry. This is a great Direct Hire opportunity, located in Hauppauge, NY.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as a central point of coordination between international suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of compliance documentation, certifications, and customer-requested materials.
  • Translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into clear, actionable deliverables by facilitating communication between global partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain and streamline digital filing systems and regulatory databases to support audit readiness and operational efficiency.
  • Support the resolution of product quality concerns by managing customer feedback and ensuring adherence to internal protocols and SOPs.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, including FDA and New York State registrations for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of product documentation, including Certificates of Analysis, to verify alignment with regulatory and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with logistics and compliance teams to provide product use declarations and assist in resolving import-related regulatory issues.
  • Strengthen supplier and customer relationships by delivering responsive, solutions-oriented support across regulatory and quality matters.
  • Contribute to cross-departmental initiatives and special projects, driving continuous improvement in compliance and quality operations.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and strategic assignments as directed by leadership to support evolving business needs.
  • Additional tasks/projects as determined/assigned by management team.
  • Act as a key liaison with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution of event logistics, branded materials, and experiential marketing elements.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient with G-suite, Excel
  • High attention to detail, ability to multitask
Experience:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Pharmaceutical or Nutrition industry
