Enterprise Account Manager (Sales) – Audio Visual Solutions
Location: Based in Hauppauge, NY – Primarily Remote with Customer Travel
Employment Type: Full-Time
Base Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + Strong Quarterly Commission Structure
Experience: Minimum 5 years in AV solution sales with a proven track record
*Must live in the New York Tri-State area as this is the area this person will be servicing and will have to travel
Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our growing team at a leading Audio Visual solutions provider headquartered in Hauppauge, NY. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a remote work environment and enjoys building strong client relationships through travel and strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts by delivering tailored AV solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand customer needs and propose effective solutions.
Collaborate with engineering, project management, and support teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience selling audio visual solutions to enterprise clients.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of AV technologies, integration, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel regularly to client sites across the region.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with AV integrators or manufacturers.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Technical certifications or training in AV systems (e.g., CTS) a plus.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
