Position Title: Service Account Representative
Job Type: San Jose or Alameda, Ca - Full-Time | Onsite (Flexible between two Bay Area office locations)
Compensation: $43–$48/hour
Work Hours: Standard business hours (no expected overtime)


About the Role:

Due to significant business growth and a strong project backlog, we’re hiring two Service Account Representatives to support account operations and project coordination for high-profile clients in the commercial HVAC space. This role provides administrative and sales support to Account Managers and is a direct path to growth into an Account Manager position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for multiple accounts and Account Managers within the Service Department

  • Process estimates, proposals, and approved sales orders for maintenance, repairs, and replacements

  • Update CRM and sales tracking systems with proposal submissions and status updates

  • Coordinate with internal teams for purchasing, subcontractor agreements, and deliverables

  • Ensure timely invoicing and assist with accounts receivable when needed

  • Prepare product/equipment submittals for client approvals

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external clients


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in inside sales or project coordination within commercial/industrial HVAC or a similar service trade (plumbing, electrical, etc.)

  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Experience working with service-related software systems (experience with Corrigo strongly preferred)

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills



Pay Details: $43.00 to $48.00 per hour
