Position Title: Service Account Representative
Job Type: San Jose or Alameda, Ca - Full-Time | Onsite (Flexible between two Bay Area office locations)
Compensation: $43–$48/hour
Work Hours: Standard business hours (no expected overtime)
About the Role:
Due to significant business growth and a strong project backlog, we’re hiring two Service Account Representatives to support account operations and project coordination for high-profile clients in the commercial HVAC space. This role provides administrative and sales support to Account Managers and is a direct path to growth into an Account Manager position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for multiple accounts and Account Managers within the Service Department
Process estimates, proposals, and approved sales orders for maintenance, repairs, and replacements
Update CRM and sales tracking systems with proposal submissions and status updates
Coordinate with internal teams for purchasing, subcontractor agreements, and deliverables
Ensure timely invoicing and assist with accounts receivable when needed
Prepare product/equipment submittals for client approvals
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external clients
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in inside sales or project coordination within commercial/industrial HVAC or a similar service trade (plumbing, electrical, etc.)
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
Experience working with service-related software systems (experience with Corrigo strongly preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Pay Details: $43.00 to $48.00 per hour
