LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Receptionist with 4 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity in the real estate industry, located in Hempstead, New York.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to facilitate smooth office operations.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including answering and directing phone calls and greeting visitors.
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for shared meeting spaces.
  • Assist with basic IT setup in conference rooms, coordinating with external vendors when necessary.
  • Maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and sending reminders.
  • Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries; manage shipping logistics and supplies.
  • Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked environment.
  • Submit maintenance requests and liaise with building management as needed.
  • Support occasional projects such as research, mailings, and event coordination.


Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Receptionist or Administrative role
Worksite: Onsite


Employment Type: Temp to Perm


Salary: $21-25/hr



Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
