Job Title: HR Sourcer (Contract)

Company Overview: We are helping one of our top clients with a search for a dynamic HR Sourcer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring top talent into a highly sought after organization. In partnership with your team, you will effectively source and manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process for a variety of positions. You will be passionate about staying updated on trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable your team to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proactively source and manage candidates for various lines of business.

• Create compelling position descriptions and source diverse candidate pipelines.

• Screen candidates and collaborate with team members to advance candidates in the recruiting process.

• Work cross-functionally across a team of high-performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.

• At least 1 year of experience sourcing candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience sourcing various types of candidates (including Sales).

• 2+ years of experience recruiting for tech-focused companies.

• 2+ years of experience using Workday in a recruiting function.

• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent.

Pay Rate: $27-$29/hour
