As a Bilingual Medical Office Admin, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and visitors. Your expertise in healthcare administration, particularly in insurance verification and prior authorizations, will be essential in ensuring smooth operations. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:
Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Manage phone communications, ensuring each call is handled with care.
Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
Handle prior authorizations and maintain meticulous records.
Support billing processes and assist with patient follow-ups.
We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of administrative experience in a healthcare setting, and your bilingual skills in Spanish will be a significant asset in connecting with our diverse patient community.
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm ONSITE Full time
