Receptionist
Customer Service & Support
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Leasing Specialist with 2 years of similar experience for a full-time role located in Hicksville, New York. This is an excellent Temp to Perm role that will require you to be working on site.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
- Ensure visitors sign in and are directed to the appropriate person or department
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Respond to emails and other digital inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate recipients.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Reserve conference rooms and ensure they are prepared for meetings.
- Notify staff of visitor arrivals and assist with meeting logistics.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Assist with onboarding new employees by preparing welcome materials and coordinating initial meetings.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint skills is a plus
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative or receptionist experience
Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Compensation: $23-25/hr
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
