We are actively recruiting for an Accounting Coordinator to join one of our clients in the Triad area. Qualified candidates will have solid experience in AP, AR, and general ledger. This is a great opportunity with a employee centric company!
Key Responsibilities:
Process electronic transfers and payments.
Communicate with vendors and respond to inquiries.
Post transactions to journals and ledgers.
Provide documentation for audits.
Analyze accounting records for accuracy.
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger.
Assist in reporting.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
At least 2-3 years’ experience in an accounting.
