Would you like to grow your Controller skills with an innovative company in the Triad? LHH has an exciting job opportunity for a Controller with a small manufacturing company. You would be working side by side with senior leadership making strategic decisions, improving processes, and managing a small staff. In addition, you will be instrumental in providing management with critical reporting that requires an "out of the box mentality". To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, preferably a CPA, and have strong leadership experience.

As a Controller your responsibilities would include:

• Managing the month end close process , general ledger, and journal entries

• Analyzing and preparing financial statements and reporting

• Budgeting, forecasting, and analysis

• Overseeing A/P and A/R functions

Your qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• CPA strongly preferred

• 8 years of experience working in an accounting environment

• Take initiative, provide strategic input and analysis

• Strong technical ability with Excel and various ERP systems
