LHH is partnering with a client in High Point searching for a seasonal E-Commerce CSR! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 and will pay $20-21/hr. May require a few hours of work on occasional Sundays. Must have E-Commerce experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with online orders (providing information, resolving issues, etc.)
Process incoming orders
Process returns and exchanges
Track returns in shipping portal
Confirm receipt of goods within warehouse
Qualifications:
Must have E-Commerce experience
Must be open to strictly contract role and open to working a few hours on occasional Sundays
Must have strong communication skills and detail orientation
