LHH is working with a client in High Point seeking an Office Manager to join their team! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 and will be permanent with benefits paying $60-65k depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with management and project team to talk through projects, budgets, etc.

  • Assist SVP with administrative duties including providing documentation, updates on projects, updates on deadlines, etc.

  • Attend sales meetings

  • Report status updates regarding any delays/issues with a project

  • Ensure team has necessary resources to complete each project

Qualifications:

  • Must have Project Coordinator/Office Manager experience

  • Must have strong attention to detail and communication skills

  • Experience using Microsoft Suite

  • Strong ability to multi-task
