LHH is working with a client in High Point seeking an Office Manager to join their team! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5 and will be permanent with benefits paying $60-65k depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with management and project team to talk through projects, budgets, etc.
Assist SVP with administrative duties including providing documentation, updates on projects, updates on deadlines, etc.
Attend sales meetings
Report status updates regarding any delays/issues with a project
Ensure team has necessary resources to complete each project
Qualifications:
Must have Project Coordinator/Office Manager experience
Must have strong attention to detail and communication skills
Experience using Microsoft Suite
Strong ability to multi-task
