Job Title: Staff Accountant
Location: Denver Tech Center (On-site)
Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 annually + Annual Bonus

Job Summary:

LHH is partnering with a well-established client in the Denver Tech Center to fill a full-time Staff Accountant position. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with 2–3 years of general ledger experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close

  • Assist in preparing financial statements and support documentation

  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards

  • Partner with internal departments on reporting, variance analysis, and budget support

  • Contribute to internal and external audit processes

  • Participate in continuous improvement and accounting system enhancements

  • Support special projects and ad hoc financial reporting as needed


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • 2–3 years of relevant general ledger accounting experience

  • Solid understanding of GAAP and standard accounting procedures

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 annually, based on experience
