Accounts Receivable Specialist Type of Employment:
Exciting opportunity available for an Accounts Receivable position! LHH has formed a partnership with a company located near Hillsboro, OR which is actively seeking an AR Specialist to join their team on a direct hire basis. The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities for this position include:Handling collections for business-to-business transactions
Managing the invoicing process and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments
Following up on overdue accounts
Resolving any discrepancies or inquiries related to invoices.
To be a suitable candidate, you must have:
A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in accounts receivable or deduction experience is required.
BA or AA in Accounting, Finance or related is preferred
Strong customer service abilities
Proficiency in multitasking
Prior experience with cash posting and cash applications preferred.
