Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Duration: Contract to hire
Location: Onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon
Compensation: $24-$26 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our global client's team in Hillsboro, Oregon. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and long-term employment. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain schedules, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Provide customer support via incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Utilize SAP to monitor and update inventory.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using SAP or a similar system is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude.


Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
