LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company based in Hillsboro, OR, to find a skilled Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Administrative Assistant. This role combines office management and receptionist duties with administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the office. If you're a proactive, detail-oriented professional fluent in both English and Spanish, we want to connect with you!

Location: Hillsboro, OR

Hours/Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: $20 - $26 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members.

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and direct inquiries as the main point of contact.

  • Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation.

  • Assist with event planning, meeting coordination, and general office tasks.

  • Manage office supplies and ensure equipment maintenance.

  • Oversee daily office operations, creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding and scheduling interviews.

  • Serve as the bilingual point of contact for communication with clients, vendors, and team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience managing multi-line phone systems.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication in both languages.

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or Receptionist.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and professionally.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
