Position Title: Bilingual HR Assistant

LHH Recruitment solution is hiring an HR Assistant in Hillsboro, OR, to be part of a company with an exciting growth trajectory! Since 2009, this company has specialized in creating custom uniforms and apparel for youth sporting teams. With recent funding boosts and an ambitious revenue goal of $100 million by 2027, they are expanding their HR team to support their growing workforce. This newly created Bilingual HR Assistant role is perfect for a proactive individual eager to contribute to a dynamic and supportive team.

Location:

  • Hillsboro, OR 97124

  • Tons of parking available

Hours/Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday

  • Flexible start time between 7 AM - 8 AM

Compensation:

  • $26-$30 per hour, with some flexibility based on experience

  • Stock options available (not guaranteed annually but likely)

Dress Code:

  • Business casual

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with seasonal production recruiting and general HR support duties when recruiting support is not needed

  • Handle recruiting tasks such as posting job ads, conducting initial interview screens, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with managers

  • Onboard 3-5 new employees per week during peak seasons

  • Provide HR support to production and warehouse teams, covering two shifts: 6 AM - 2:30 PM and 2:30 PM - 11 PM

  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with integrity

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (fluent in both languages)

  • Some exposure to HR work preferred, but strong interpersonal and organizational skills are crucial

  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various HR functions and software systems
