Job Title: Data Entry Specialist – Credentialing Support
Location: Onsite – Hillsboro, Oregon
Compensation: $20 – $24 per hour (based on experience)
Contract Length: 3-month contract with potential for extension or permanent hire
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Position Overview:

LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Specialist to join our client's credentialing team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of provider data and documentation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling sensitive information, and supporting credentialing processes with precision and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update provider information into credentialing databases and systems
  • Review and verify documentation for completeness and compliance
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Assist with tracking credentialing application statuses and follow-ups
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
  • Support credentialing coordinators with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or credentialing preferred
  • Background working in the Healthcare industry is not required but a big plus
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems
  • Experience using credentialing software is a big plus
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • High school diploma or equivalent required


Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
