- Program Management: Collaborate closely with Intel to manage and optimize program operations, ensuring a deep understanding of Intel’s business needs and delivering effective solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of Project Managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities as needed.
- Staff Engagement: Foster a collaborative and engaging work environment, actively interacting with team members and encouraging their professional growth.
- HR Collaboration: Work with the HR Manager to recruit, hire, and train new staff, contributing to the development of a high-performing team.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational strategy within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, preferably semiconductor.
- Team Management: At least 2 years of experience managing a team of 9 direct reports.
- Strategic Skills: Proven success in setting strategy KPIs, monitoring progress, and making necessary adjustments to achieve goals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing personality with strong skills in team interaction and engagement.
- Starting Salary: $125,000, commensurate with experience.
