LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a full-time Resident Care Director on a Direct Hire basis for a growing client in Hillsboro, CA. Our client is seeking individuals that are highly dynamic and adaptable, empathetic, and committed to addressing the unique challenges faced by their clientele. This is an onsite position.

Shift: Mon-Fri, Days, Full Time

Location: On-Site, Hillsboro, OR

Requirements:

- Ideally 2+ years in Assisted Living or Geriatric Nursing or Dementia Care as well as medication administration

- At least 1 year managing direct reports

Responsibilities:

The Resident Care Director (RCD) is responsible for providing oversight of resident care and the direct supervision of caregivers delivering care and services to residents. The RCD will assist in setting the tone and overall leadership in the operations of the community and will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the standards of excellence established.

-Performing Resident Intake Assessments

-Creating care coverage plans

-Overseeing staff, operations and growth of resident census

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)..

Compensation/Benefits: $60-90k+ DOE

Job Type: Direct Hire (Permanent)
