LHH Recruitment Solutions is excited to partner with a dynamic, global company in the Hillsboro area to find a skilled Project Manager for their manufacturing division. This hybrid role promises an excellent work culture and is ideal for an experienced professional looking to make an impact.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. R&D and NPI Experience: Manage projects focused on research and development as well as new product introduction.


  2. Technical Demonstrators: Develop and oversee technical demonstrators, ensuring successful project management.


  3. Project Execution: Keep projects on track and guide them through to production.


  4. Deliverable Management: Balance multiple deliverables and manage various project components.


  5. Team Oversight: Hold team members accountable, manage communication, and document project progress.


  6. Technical Understanding: Possess a solid understanding of technology to effectively communicate with the engineering team.


  7. Problem Solving: Apply technical problem-solving skills with a baseline understanding of the technology involved.


  8. Industry Knowledge: Experience with semiconductor equipment and familiarity with electrical and mechanical components are advantageous.


  9. Certifications: PMP certification is a plus.


  10. Proactivity: Demonstrate a proactive approach to turning concepts into reality.


  11. Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of project management experience.
