LHH is looking for a proactive and detail-savvy HR Generalist to support our client’s team. This role plays a key part in managing employee lifecycle activities—from onboarding to offboarding—while ensuring our HR practices align with legal standards and foster a positive workplace culture.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage onboarding logistics including background checks, eligibility documentation, and orientation.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence to employment laws at all levels.
- Facilitate smooth offboarding experiences and gather feedback through exit interviews.
- Coordinate employee programs like recognition awards, referral incentives, and welcome kits.
- Keep employee records up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Help meditate workplace concerns and contribute to a healthy team environment.
- Maintain and update HRIS platforms to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Provide administrative support for HR events, communications, and documentation.
- Collaborate on HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Take on additional tasks that help the HR team meet its goals.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to connect across all levels.
- Strong organizational habits and a sharp eye for detail.
- Experience with HRIS systems and managing employee data.
- Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance standards.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
- Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus.
- Direct Hire Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 depending on experience
