We are searching for a personable and driven Bookkeeper for a growing retail property company! This company offers a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth!
Qualified candidates should have 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or senior accountant role, experience in property management, and strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, profit and loss statements, and CAM reconciliations.
Salary for the Bookkeeper ranges between $70K and $80K per year depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements
- Handle Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective financial operations
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping or senior accountant role
- Experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, profit and loss statements, and CAM reconciliations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
