LHH is partnering with a leading building maintenance company in Houston, TX to find a dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a brand new role. The company offers a HYBRID working schedule with the opportunity for career advancement.

Candidates should have 2 or more years recent AP experience and knowledge of vendor maintenance.

Hourly pay for the Accounts Payable Specialist ranges between $25 and $28 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• High volume AP invoice processing

• Managing AP vendor inbox

• New vendor set up

• Resolving complex escalated issues and discrepancies

• Gathering 1099 information

• Assisting with PO matching and other processing as needed

Requirements:

• Experience with new vendor setup

• High volume capability (200+ invoices weekly)

• Ability to work a hybrid schedule

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
