LHH is searching for a driven and professionally mature Accounts Payable Specialist for a large corporate services company in Houston, TX! This company offers a HYBRID work schedule with exceptional leadership and lots of flexibility.

Candidates should have a year or more in a high-volume AP role with experience batching and resolving various AP-related discrepancies.

Hourly pay for the Accounts Payable Specialist ranges between $23 to $25 per hour depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• High volume AP invoice processing
• Batching high volume invoices for payment
• Working with team and leadership to reconcile and resolve discrepancies
• Assisting with payment via ACH, wires and manual checks
• Assisting with new vendor setup

Job Requirements:

• One or more years in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
