Responsibilities:

· Outbound calls to customer or businesses to collect on past due accounts

· Review accounts for balance information

· Work with customers or businesses on payment arrangements

· Post payments in system

· Provide customer service and patience with customers or businesses

Experience:

· Bachelor Degree

· 2 years of accounts receivable

· Strong verbal and written communication

· Positive, driven attitude
