LHH is partnering with a premiere construction company in Houston, TX to find a dedicated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing team! This company offers a flexible work schedule and 100% paid benefits to the employee!
Qualified candidates will have a year or more business-to-business AR experience in their most recent role and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Pay for the AR Specialist ranges between $25 to $28 per hour depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Calling and emailing to collect past due receivables
Posting customer payments
Cash applications
Resolving complex billing discrepancies
Maintaining aging report
Job Requirements:
One or more years in a recent business to business accounts receivable role
Experience maintaining aging reports
Excellent customer service experience
SAP experience preferred
Intermediate Excel
