LHH is seeking an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for a direct hire position in Houston, TX.
Position: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Type: direct hire
Location: 100% ONSITE (77046 zip code)
Pay Range: $45,000-55,000 annually DOE
Work Schedule: M-F, 8-5
DUTIES:
· Filing, scanning and facilitating document signatures through Adobe
· Answer and transfer calls and manage phone switchboard
· Heavy email correspondence to employees
· Match vendors email & invoices with PO's
· Process/sort mail daily
· Expense reporting
· Calendar management
· Coordinate meetings
· Order supplies
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Highly organized and detail oriented.
SKILLS:
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Must be savvy in Adobe
EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 3-5 years of administrative support experience
