Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 + referral bonus initiatives
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Position Overview:
The Assistant Property Manager will assist in the management of assigned Industrial, Office, and Retail properties. This role focuses on maximizing asset value while ensuring tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively, and skilled in fostering strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and the property management team.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve property management issues and maintain property standards.
Produce monthly financial reports and ensure adherence to owner policies and procedures.
Partner with leasing professionals to address leasing issues and maximize tenant retention.
Conduct routine property inspections and manage vendor relationships.
Oversee minor construction projects and coordinate with internal teams.
Essential Functions:
Maintain personal contact with supervisors, vendors, and tenants.
Monitor lease expirations and assist with move-ins and move-outs.
Complete monthly accounts receivable collections and reporting according to owner requirements.
Coordinate service contracts and manage billing.
Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
Qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate is highly preferred, with at least 1+ year of experience in Industrial properties.
Proficiency in Yardi and strong Excel skills are required.
CPM or RPA certification is a plus; a degree is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
