LHH is seeking a BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR for a temporary/contract position in Houston, TX.

Position: BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR

Type: temporary/contract

Location: 100% ONSITE (77024 zip code)

Pay Range: $28-34/hr DOE

Work Schedule: M-F, 8-5

DUTIES:

• Assist with open enrollment for internal employees

• Handle inbound calls regarding benefits options & health insurance plans

• Process FMLA, 401(k), and Workers Comp claims

• Resolve employee inquiries, make plan changes, and update employee information in the company’s system

• Complete, ensure accuracy, and process paperwork related to benefits plans/changes

• Coordinate retirement, pension, profit-sharing and stock ownership plans

• Research and analyze healthcare plans, including medical, dental, vision and disability insurance, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

• Minimum 3-5 years of corporate benefits administration experience required

• Experience working in Oracle, ADP and Taleo a big plus

• Proficient in MS Office Suite



Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
