LHH is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Customer Operations Analyst to join our client’s team on a 6-month contract. This hybrid role is based in Houston and is ideal for someone with strong customer service, issue resolution, and administrative coordination experience—particularly in a corporate or service center setting.

Job Title: Customer Operations Analyst
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Potential for Extension)
Location: HYBRID – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote | Houston, TX 77002
Pay Rate: $25–$27/hr (DOE; higher pay possible)
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to supplier and customer inquiries via phone and email; resolve issues promptly and professionally.

  • Support onboarding and maintenance of supplier information in compliance with company policies.

  • Monitor and manage daily ticketing queues and workflows using platforms like ServiceNow.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to track progress and ensure timely resolution of service requests.

  • Review transactional data and documents for accuracy and adherence to procedures.

  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and other administrative tasks as needed.

  • Recommend and support process improvements within service operations.

  • Customer Service & Communication: Confident, clear communicator who builds rapport quickly and handles inquiries with professionalism.

  • Problem Solving: Strong issue resolution skills with the ability to follow through and escalate appropriately.

  • Project Coordination: Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, issue resolution, administrative support, or project coordination.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Experience with enterprise tools like Coupa, Oracle, Concur, or ServiceNow.

  • Familiarity with basic accounting, procurement, or supplier management processes.

Work Environment & Requirements:

  • Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).

  • Must have a private, secure home office and reliable internet.

  • Company provides laptop and docking station; candidate supplies other necessary equipment.
