Overview

As a Civil Engineer, you’ll collaborate with project teams to develop land development plans for commercial, institutional, and residential clients. From urban redevelopment and industrial sites to new school projects, you’ll contribute to designing site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities. You’ll engage with clients, contractors, and local government officials, influencing the project from conceptual and design phases through regulatory review, bidding, construction, and ultimately, the grand opening.


Qualifications

  • B.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. a plus)

  • 7+ years of professional engineering experience

  • E.I.T. or F.E. certification (P.E. licensure a plus)

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience and knowledge in commercial real estate site design
