A Construction Administrator handles the operations and management side of construction projects. Their key duties include:

  1. Monitoring Contracts: Ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.

  2. Billing Processing: Managing financial aspects, including invoicing and payments.

  3. Document Tracking: Keeping records of project-related documents.

  4. Project Scheduling: Arranging and maintaining project schedules.

  5. Supervising Workers: Overseeing construction teams.

  6. Client Communication: Regularly checking in with clients to address concerns and updates



Pay Details: $26.44 to $31.25 per hour
