Customer Service & Support
LHH is seeking an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT for a direct hire position in Houston, TX.
Position: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Type: direct hire
Location: Houston, TX 77056 - HYBRID schedule – Mon/Tues/Weds (in-office) & Thurs/Fri (remote)
Pay Range: $70,000-80,000 annually DOE
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm
DUTIES:
· Coordinate calendars and schedule meetings. Resolve scheduling conflicts as they arise and prioritize issues to ensure an effective time management approach. Communicate agendas and respond to calendar changes as needed.
· Act as an interface for clients and all levels of Company staff.
· Receive, screen, and route all incoming telephone calls, mail, publications and correspondence.
· Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements with Company Travel and outside agencies including air, hotel, ground transportation, meal reservations as business needs and personal preferences dictate.
· Type and proof correspondence including letters, memos, documents and reports as requested or as circumstances dictate. Produce simple computer graphics for client presentations.
· “Partner” with another designated Executive Assistant to provide phone coverage, work sharing and general team support.
· Maintain executive’s contact list (Business and Alumni) in Outlook and CRM (Company database).
· Ensure contacts are resolved and classified appropriately in CRM. Coordinate executive’s electronic/print mailings and event activity.
· Perform other related duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred
· Ability to meet deadlines, exercise good business judgement, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and deal with highly confidential information is required
SKILLS:
· Comprehensive knowledge of computer software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet navigation tools
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and detail-orientation
EXPERIENCE:
· Minimum 5-7 years of EA, Administrative support experience
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
