Our client is seeking a Front Office Administrator who not only brings top-tier organizational skills and professionalism but also excels in PowerPoint and has proven experience creating impactful presentations and executive-level decks.
· Pay: $23–$24/hr
· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
· Type: Contract to Hire

What You’ll Do
Greet and direct visitors, manage incoming calls, and maintain a welcoming front-desk environment.
Provide daily administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Design, format, and refine PowerPoint presentations and business decks for internal meetings, leadership briefings, and client-facing materials.
Collaborate with leadership to translate complex information into clear, visually appealing slides.
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel and accommodations.
Assist with planning and logistics for internal events, client visits, and special functions.
Maintain and organize both digital and physical filing systems with a high level of confidentiality.
Support routine reporting (e.g., safety, maintenance, production) and document distribution.
Offer entry-level SAP assistance, such as pulling reports or guiding users.
Oversee office supplies and manage procurement of materials.
Handle clerical tasks including scanning, copying, faxing, and preparing documents.
Uphold and promote workplace safety standards.
Take initiative to assist with special projects and evolving administrative needs.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience with strong PowerPoint skills.
Demonstrated experience creating polished presentations and decks for business use.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong multitasking, time-management, and organizational abilities.
Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
5+ years of experience supporting executive or senior management teams.
IAAP Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or equivalent certification.
